Registration Guidelines:

To demonstrate my commitment to my students, I only accept a limited amount of participants for all of my programs to ensure each person gets the time, attention, and support they need and deserve - you will never get lost in the mix of a large overflowing class! Because of this benefit, I require pre-registration and pre-payment for all of my programs - this will reserve your spot in my class. This also demonstrates your commitment to your wellbeing and to our working relationship as teacher and student.

Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy

Take your Self-Care to the next level with this delicious 75min Restorative Yoga class that incorporates a gentle flow of yoga postures to open and unwind tension from your body,

guided meditation to soothe and calm your state of mind, with natural aromas specifically selected to enhance your personal mood, along with relaxing physical adjustments and Thai-style massage throughout. Enjoy an extended shavasana (final resting pose) while essentials oils are massaged on specific pressure points to further relax and restore your mind, body, and heart. You will also receive a sample of an essential oil to take home.


$85 for an individual private class

Intro-to-Yoga: Creating a Foundation

Learn the basics of a new yoga practice! Every class will include guided meditation (dhyana) to center your mind, simple breath work (pranayama) to increase your lung capacity, traditional yoga postures and transitions (asanas) to strengthen, open, and release your body followed by a relaxing period of rest (shavasana). I will offer several variations and detailed cues for every pose to ensure the pose will work for your body! It doesn’t matter what age you are or how much experience you have - the philosophy of this course is to balance a sense of challenging ourselves while respecting our bodies, honoring the growth process, and enjoying the journey!
